Delivery

We dispatch from the United Kingdom to UK addresses. Because stock sits here rather than overseas, there is no customs charge and no long wait at the border.

How it is packaged

Every order goes out in a plain, unbranded mailer. No product names, no manufacturer logos, and nothing on the outside that describes what is inside. The sender name on the label is Lovetwoo, and the descriptor on your card statement is the same. If you share a hallway, a flat or an office postroom, the parcel will not start a conversation you did not ask for.

Dispatch

Orders placed on a working day are picked and dispatched the same or the next working day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day. You will get one email confirming the order and a second when it leaves us.

How long it takes

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within two to four working days of dispatch. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, and delivery can run longer during busy periods or severe weather.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within ten working days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement. Do not sit on it — carriers apply time limits to claims.

If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, photograph it before unpacking any further and send us the picture. We will replace it.

Age

We sell to adults aged 18 and over only, and we may ask you to confirm your age before an order is dispatched.
