These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By using the site or buying from it, you accept them.

Age restriction

This site sells intimate products to adults. You must be 18 or over to browse, register or order, and by placing an order you confirm that you are. We may cancel any order where we have reason to believe otherwise.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its base and what it is safe to use alongside. Manufacturers do change formulations and packaging without notice, so the ingredient list printed on the product you receive is the authoritative one. Please read it, particularly if you have a known allergy.

Product images come from the manufacturers. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

This is not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our guidance on bases and compatibility is general information to help you choose a product, not a clinical recommendation. If you experience pain, persistent dryness, irritation or any reaction, stop using the product and speak to a GP, pharmacist or sexual health clinic.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full. Occasionally an item may be listed at an incorrect price; where the error is obvious and you could reasonably have spotted it as a mistake, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price.

When the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us forms when we send the email confirming dispatch, not when you receive the order acknowledgement.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
